Hot & Cold Stone Therapy

1 day workshop

For professional use and to be insurable you will need to be a qualified massage therapist.

Check with your insurers before undertaking any training.

This therapy uses both hot and cold stones which are massaged onto the body, thus allowing heat/cold to penetrate the surrounding muscles. The result is a deep feeling of relaxation for the client whilst enabling the therapist to perform deep massage with the minimum strain and effort. It can aid Chakra balancing and can also be used in conjunction with other therapies such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Sports, Remedial and Lymphatic Drainage.
